TANASI  LAW

Since graduating from Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island, I have been a dedicated advocate practicing law in Nevada. Licensed in 2005, I have built a robust litigation practice, successfully trying numerous cases in Nevada’s State and Federal Courts and arguing at several administrative proceedings.

My practice encompasses both personal injury and criminal defense matters. On the personal injury side, I have represented hundreds of individuals either injured in car accidents as a result of negligent drivers or hurt after a fall caused by a property owner’s negligence. I fight tirelessly to secure the justice injured Nevadans deserve.

In criminal law, I provide strong defense and zealous advocacy for clients accused and arrested by State and Federal law enforcement. I am deeply committed to ensuring justice for all, which extends beyond my retained clients. I am qualified to serve as an appointed attorney on the Federal Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel, and I maintain a contract with Clark County, Nevada, to represent indigent clients facing serious State criminal charges.

A passionate advocate both inside and outside the courtroom, I dedicate my pro bono efforts to the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, assisting elderly Nevada residents with critical matters like their Health Care Power of Attorney. When not practicing law, I am an avid New York Knicks fan—a fact reflected in the orange hues of my office—and I prioritize my family, enjoying every day with my loved ones and maintaining the tradition of Sunday dinners with my extended family.
